“We wanted to make a statement. And we didn’t have a huge budget. So we worked with the architect and the Idea Company to figure out how to get it done. We said, ‘If it’s expensive but looks cheap, we don’t want it (so no spiral duct work), and if it’s cheap but looks expensive, we do want it (so, big curved wall, HVAC sofitt, and fabric ducts). In the end, it was amazing! Plus, they did it in an unbelievable turnaround time!”

We have used The Idea Co. three times in 40 years. Twice for water damage in two different homes & once to renovate a kitchen. Most recently, an upstairs neighbor whose water heater leaked & caused damage to our floors & caused mold inside the wall & under our flooring which all had to be replaced. It was all fixed by Ken’s crew in a professional & timely manner. New sheetrock, flooring & ceiling repaired & it’s beautiful & just in time for the holidays. This all began a few days before Hurricane Helene hit which caused Ken’s workload to increase dramatically but his crew was prompt, precise & finished the job. Highly recommend them! The Idea Company put a master bedroom addition on our house about 20 years ago. They did a wonderful job so when we decided to remodel our kitchen they were the only company we wanted to do the work with. We started the project in March and it was finished in about 10 weeks. We are so happy with how everything turned out. It is exactly what we wanted. Koko and his entire team were amazing. They kept us updated daily with the schedule and cleaned up every night.
