Known for his steady leadership and practical problem-solving, Drew brings 20 years of project coordination experience along with hands-on expertise in framing, trim, carpentry and budgeting.

As Project Coordinator, Keith brings decades of experience, including 19 years as a Facility Manager and 37 years as a Test Planner at General Electric. Keith has an associate’s degree in electrical technology and expertise as a Controls Technician.

As Project Designer, Ragan combines a BFA in Interior architecture and design with experience in both residential and commercial projects. Specializing in functional space planning and color theory, she works closely with clients to understand their needs. Goals. And vision in order to create spaces that reflect their lifestyle and the way they interact with their environment.

As Accountant, Montana brings a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Greenville University and a strong foundation in financial management. Throughout his time at The Idea Co., he has overseen accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency. Before college, Montana served in the Army in a technology role, adding discipline, technical skill, and a solutions‐driven mindset to his work. His steady approach and attention to detail help keep the company’s operations running smoothly.

Scott is a seasoned trades professional with 27 years of business ownership. His background includes degrees in blueprint pipefitting and welding and architectural structure, giving him a strong foundation in both fabrication and design.

Randy earned his Church Ministries degree in 1988 and served over a decade in Papua New Guinea. He has been working in the trades for over 40 years and specializes in electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.

She blends data‐driven insight with a natural talent for storytelling and connection, ensuring every brand touchpoint feels both strategic and human. Known for her people‐first approach, Alectra prioritizes strong relationships and clear, consistent communication—bringing authenticity and energy to The Idea Co.’s marketing.

With strong critical‐thinking skills and a collaborative spirit, Brecken supports clients in shaping spaces that feel intentional, personal, and well‐designed.

Kelly brings warmth, organization, and intentionality to everything she does, helping ensure the day-to-day runs seamlessly.

As Project Manager, Wade brings extensive hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a career that began as a framer. Over the years, he has worked in home construction sales, owned and operated multiple home renovation companies, and most recently served as a Project Manager for one of North America's largest restoration companies. His diverse background provides a well-rounded perspective on residential construction, renovation, and project execution. Wade’s leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to quality helps ensure each project is completed efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.
