With nearly 20 years of experience in building management and project coordination, Drew brings hands-on expertise in framing, trim carpentry, and budgeting. As a former facilities manager overseeing a $7 million budget and with a background in accounting, he ensures every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

As Client Relations specialist, Lyss brings over 5 years of experience in communication and customer service. Her background as a greenhouse production manager honed her skills in communication and project logistics, while her Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis on business and English adds depth to her expertise. Lyss has been a valued member of THE IDEA CO team since spring 2024.

As Project Coordinator, Keith brings decades of experience, including 19 years as a Facility Manager and 37 years as a Test Planner at General Electric. With an Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology and expertise as a Controls Technician, Keith has been contributing his technical know-how to THE IDEA CO team for 2 years.
