Our team works together to bring your project to life.
When his dad retired from The Idea Company in 1995, Koko took the helm as president and began to steer the company in the direction it has taken for nearly three decades. Koko has a people-oriented management style. So he focuses a lot of his time working directly with clients and collaborating with the IDEA Co team.
Outside of work, he likes spending time with his family (especially playing pickleball) and serving as the Connections Pastor at his church.
Drew is originally from greater Chicago, where he grew up rooting for the Blackhawks and Cubs. It’s there that he developed high-level skills in building management and maintenance, as well as carpentry.
Outside of work, you might find him exploring local coffee shops, following Premier League and International Soccer, and enjoying quality time with his wife and kids.
Having grown up in Poland, Olivia brings a cosmopolitan sensibility to THE IDEA CO team. Our clients enjoy working with her to design and arrange spaces and select accent elements that bring their homes and business environments to life.
Outside of work, she likes to exercise and spend time with her husband. You’ll likely find the two of them at a local coffee shop absorbing the flavor and vibe of the third wave coffee movement.
James says, “there’s spackle in my veins.” He was part of his grandfather’s construction business from the age of eight. He learned about high standards and hard work from the time he was old enough to walk and talk.
Although his specialty is drywall, he has mastery of just about every skill needed to build a shed, a house, a warehouse, a church, a shopping mall… or the Taj Mahal. We’re blessed to have him and his remarkable craftsmanship here at THE IDEA CO.
Lisa comes from Indiana, where she learned precision, hard work, and clear-eyed honesty. Although her official responsibilities have to do with receivables, payables, and keeping track of details, we think of her as the glue that holds THE IDEA CO together.
Lisa is a friend to all children, which is a particular blessing to her grandchildren, with whom she spends as much time as she can. She also likes dogs a lot — particularly a lab mix named Hoosier.
